Easter is typically associated with Spring, flowers, bunnies, egg hunts, outdoor picnics etc, etc.. BUT that last few years in Minnesota have definitely readjusted those "sunny" associations for me! This Easter was spent in Canby with Grandma and Grandpa Nelson. Although we had a wonderful time as always, temps in the low 20's and snow flurries prevented us from really soaking in those good "Spring" feelings. We attempted an egg hunt on Saturday which we assumed would be relocated indoors due to the freezing temps and artic wind. Little did we know, hearty Minnesotans never let a little cold wind get in the way of a good ole' outdoor egg hut! To quote Sophia "Burrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr"!
